Acceptance & Applicability

By using 00ok's website and related services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms and conditions are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). 00ok reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and the updated version will take effect as soon as it is published on this page.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create an account and use services on 00ok, users must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age (for those aged 21 and above only).
• Must create and manage the account personally — managing an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.
• Must have a valid and active mobile number and email address.
• A maximum of one account per user is permitted.

Registration & Verification

All information provided during account creation must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being suspended or closed, and any funds held may be forfeited.

00ok may request a copy of a national ID card or passport for identity verification if needed. Withdrawals may be limited or suspended until verification is completed.

Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 00ok's support team immediately.

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you log in on a public device, make sure to log out at the end of the session.

Account Suspension & Closure

00ok may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• In case of a violation of these terms and conditions.
• If fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or attempts to exploit the system is found.
• If the user requests account closure themselves.

In the case of closure, 00ok will consider returning any remaining balance where applicable.

Deposits

The following mobile financial services can be used to make deposits on 00ok: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

Once a deposit is successfully verified, the balance is added to the account. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the mobile number or account used for the deposit.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. However, processing times may vary in some cases due to verification or other reasons.

• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will generally be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• 00ok reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request if fraud is suspected.

Currency & Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is solely responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. 00ok does not deduct any taxes, but may be required by law to provide information to the relevant authorities if legally necessary.

Welcome Bonus

A 150% welcome bonus is offered on the first deposit of a new account on 00ok, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳14,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳24,000.

Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds. Wagering is calculated at 10 times the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = completing ৳15,000 in bets will make the bonus winnings eligible for withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies only once, on the first deposit — each user will receive a maximum of one welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds will not be counted as cash in the account until the wagering requirements are met.
• Not all games played with bonus funds may contribute to bonus wagering — the list of eligible games can be found by contacting the support team.
• If a bonus is claimed through multiple accounts, false information, or any other irregular method, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 00ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Other specific terms related to bonus offers may be published separately.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

00ok is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Playing games or placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug in a game.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other players.
• Colluding with third parties to influence game outcomes.

Technical Issues
